I decided I needed to live up to my stereotype. I looked around to find a good recipe that was easy to master. This recipe that I found was posted by Kita at Pass the Sushi and I think it was the colors that really caught my attention. Take a look!

Well I didn't have the red cabbage or the green onion, but let me tell you guys- it came out great! It was delicious and it made me so happy because Kyle really liked it! I always consider it a success if Kyle likes it!
